Moving Meditation
Pray, Dance, Love
Experience your devotion in motion with 5-part prayer and immersion in songs of the acaryas. We connect with Krishna in the heart, praying for the grace to see ourselves through His eyes, not our own. Then we organically move into gratitude and review our day or week with awareness to receive the special moments Krishna highlights. We pray for forgiveness and specific guidance to improve, and move our meditation seeking grace to go forward with Krishna's will and empowerment from within. Embodying the experience and expression of your soul-to-Supersoul connection with Krishna in the heart and the melodic mood of Vaisnava acaryas brings realization and transformation to life from the inside out. Each class includes time to compassionately hear and share. Only your own movement and heart are needed. No dance skills or coordination are required.
Healing Dance
Soul-Mind-Body Movement
Movement and dance are profoundly powerful conduits of healing and divine grace. When engaged with prayerful intention and intuition, physical movement carries ability to shift subtle energy and reconnect the soul with Krishna and self-awareness in a multitude of personal of ways. While doing so, it releases trauma stored in the body and repatterns impressions at the cellular level. Naturally, this supports physical wellness and sustains transformation within the body simultaneously. Each class is personally tailored to the participants' individual needs and aims. It includes time to safely share and be compassionately heard and supported. The movement is adaptable to inner intention and physical ability. Dance skill is not required.
